3 Rings of Show events including led, ridden and show hunter classes for Hacks, Galloways, Large and Small Ponies.  The ridden events are repeated in each ring.  In addition there are Senior Best Equestrienne, Intermediate and Junior Smartest on Parade, Leading Rein and Good Hands events; Senior, Intermediate and Junior age Riding events; and specific events for Shetlands and stallions or colts.  See schedule for full details of these and other specific classes.  Prizes and trophies as per schedule.

Warracknabeal also has four (4) Show Jumping events - Novice, D, C & D and Open grades.  Prizes include money and trophy for first, and money to 4th place (if sufficient entrants)

Pre-booked per written entry forms with payment enclosed.  Applications confirmed with posted receipt. Camping, caravans, etc. $10 per unit per night, or $50 per unit per week. Stabled Horses $5.00 per horse per night or $20 per horse per week. Maximum four horse stalls per exhibitor/family, with first preference to Show Day competitors. Accommodation sites and stabling are limited and allocations will be as fair as possible based on written entry forms only and distance travelled. Stables to be cleaned prior to leaving. Horses, vehicles or vans, requested to shift from a restricted area, must do so or owners may be disqualified from entry in following year.

Late entries may be accepted at Ring Secretary's office on morning of show - $5 per entry on the day, plus $3 per horse compulsory swabbing fee.  Waiver must be completed.

Entry fees include the compulsory animal insurance levy for all listed horses.

Purchase of a $25 Show Day Ticket is compulsory for all Horse competitors.  The ticket is good value for money and entitles the purchaser to admission to the grounds for 2 adults, 2 children under 16, plus vehicle, plus a single $6.00 discount on horse entries (for pre booked entries only). 
Pre-booking saves time on entry to the grounds.
