All entries close Saturday, October 4 at 12.30pm - entries after this date may not be accepted.
The Show Office will be located at the front office of 8 Scott Street (Wheatlands Warehouse) as follows;
Wednesday October 1 from 12.00noon - 4.30pm
Thursday October 2 from 12.00noon - 4.30pm
Friday October 3 from 12.00noon - 4.30pm
Saturday October 4 from 10.00am - 12.00noon
Entry Fees:
The fee to enter exhibits in the show is $1 per exhibit, There will be a cap of $20 on exhibit entry fees. Entries for Pre and Primary School children are free.
Entry fees must accompany entries.

The Society invite tenders for the provision of the following services;
- Hot Food lines
- Ice Cream
- Any other foods or Beverage Line it Coffee
